Tell Us Your Story
Your Story Can Make A Difference

Everyone has a story to tell but did you know that your story can make a huge impact on someone else's life? It’s important for people living with loss, a catastrophic injury, or suffering from mental health issues due to the job to know that they are not alone. Sharing a story about your personal experiences with the challenges you have faced can help in your own healing journey as well as provide encouragement and support to others with similar experiences.

You have a unique perspective and because of that you can make a difference for yourself and others by sharing your experiences and perspective. What has helped? What hasn’t? What has been most discouraging about your situation? What has given you hope? There are all sorts of things you know that other people want to know—you are not alone.

Or maybe you would like to share about your experience with the Task Force. Did the Task Force provide care for you or your agency and you would like to share your thoughts about that? Are you a volunteer for the Task Force and want to tell others about your work with our organization? Are you a first responder that has dealt with the loss of a fellow first responder and you would like to share your perspective?

There are several ways that you can share your story:
-
Prose/poetry
-
Song lyrics
-
Inspirational quotes
-
Drawings
-
Photos
-
